Finally finished inking my upcoming five-page comic! (Unfortunately, the way this project is structured, since inking was a breeze it’ll take forever to color, but that’s okay, I love to color and viciously hate the act of inking even though I’ve gotten better at it…)
Anyway, even though this is one of only three full panels I can share without spoiling anything, it’s also special in another way: usually what happens is that I get an expression perfect during the pencil stage and completely mess it up when I try to ink it, but this time the expression never looked right until I finally nailed it in the inks. :) Exciting!
This is why we need to work together. I love inking and you love coloring! It’s meant to be!
And this face is cutesy-wutesy. Kinda like your real face. ;)
